Funny LV ad on eBay...

Someone needs a new translation tool (not to mention a new pricing tool!).

Wow - that is a tough read! Reminds me of some instruction manuals I've tried to read for inexpensive Chinese-made equipment.

Nice. Funny stuff. Poor guy needs a native English speaker to give him a hand.

Omigod, shock !! Horror!!

The description has been fully butchered. Yes, the poor man needs a competent translator.

Laughing at his expense.

My guess would be that he wrote it in Italian, then did a Google web page translation to English. I've used Google to translate eBay pages from German and Italian, and they always come out like that. Literal translations usually butcher grammar, and some words translate into completely different meanings.

God that is funny..."green ferrule" and all. Jeez, I think it was translated from Russian but that is just a guess. Holy Smokes,... delivery in steel and all. And the opening bid is 2K over mrsp? Come on? I admit that the Kermit is a beautiful watch, I have one. But the rarity of the ss Daytona has not yet happened to the Kermit. Maybe someday, but surely this is a joke or something. I laughed my a_ _ off reading this thing. Good and funny stuff to wake up to.

I had to get up at the crack of dawn this morning and I was looking at this again groggy and without my morning coffee - it still made me outwardly belly laugh. The part about "GOOD SHAFT TO ALL" just kills me!!!

"Good Shaft to All"?

Then again, maybe the funniest thing is the price. $7880?!! Shaft indeed. To the person paying that much.
