After a long wait, finally a new addition to the family

I went to London this weekend to meet some old colleagues, and also to drop by my preferred AD to pick up my new watch.
It's been in the safe there for a while waiting for me, and it felt good to finally get my hands on it.
(Sorry for poor quality pic)

Cheers David and Mike!
I have bought 3 watches since April, and now I hope that the Norwegian winter can set in so I can finally let my debit card cool down a bit in sub zero temperatures. Think I might have build a little "snow-cave" for it on the balcony as soon as the first snow comes.

I also had a nice chat with the guys working in the AD while I was there, and they said that next time I was in town I could invite 15-20 people if I wanted to the store, on a Thursday or Friday evening, and we would be able to try some different watches, and they would supply Champagne and wine for us for a couple of hours
Nice gesture.
Maybe I should arrange an 16610LV GTG :)

It was the same with me Richard, almost missed out on it. But there seems to be some still around. I also got myself a black bezel insert, just incase i get bored of the green down the line.

The problem with winter months is that there's less for us to be distracted by.... not too much physical activities. So we are stuck at home and looking on TRF a lot more than usual.

Then we end up buying more watches.

A vicious cycle.
