Based on recent developments here on TRF, you may wish to delete the photo and even the thread or face the risk of a lawsuit from Rolex. Apparently, their attorneys have nothing better to do than hassle loyal Rolex afficionados.

Great idea and it looks good! But maybe use the more recent Air-King logo where the K extends over the i, kind of keeps the motion effect of the A. Hope my alphabet soup isn't too confusing.

The shirt looks great. Bummer about Rolex's aggressiveness. However, they're a business and do have to look out for themselves; protect the brand, etc.

Doesn't look like trademark infringement to me.

That shirt must be burned within the next 14 minutes, or, upon decree of Rolex, you must wear Timex watches for the remainder of your life.

As ridiculous as it sounds, at least two TRF members are currently dealing with Rolex legal eagles over the production of garments with Rolex trademarks on them. A company should be so lucky as to inspire such brand loyalty.

I'm sure a moderator could delete the thread if you so requested.

PS: Hey Rolex. I'm going to tattoo the crown on my right buttock. What are you going to do about it?

Well, they'll send out their rapid response team, armed with industrial grade polishers - they'll sand it off immediately! Instead of a PCL, you'll end up with a PBC - be careful not to scratch it now!

Don't do that. I can't imagine Rolex willl find it worthwhile chasing you over an Air-King T-shirt (very cool, by the way ). If so, they have gone completely nuts.

I missed the scoop on Rolex coming out against these t-shirts!? What exactly happened? I was on the list to get one of the black Sub shirts, but I think I missed my chance.

Your fine IMO. I think selling them for profit is what Rolex has a problem with.

I'd just play it safe, and delete the post.

I really like the shirts!

I think Rolex owns all of the model names

Lets copyright something. Seems to be a big moneymaker these days.

Folks, this thread is not in the best interest of TRF or it's members!!

In light of the recent activity on this subject, this thread is playing a fine line..

There will be no more posting of any non genuine rolex articles playing on infringement!!
