A song called 'he ain't heavy, he's my brother', anyone could help who's the one singing in the clip(just 14 seconds)? Is it Neil Diamond? Thanks

Great song. This song (Hollies version) will always remind me of my childhood growing up, because my Dad bought the 45 disc home one day and we always played this song in our home as kids.
Fond memories !
