quick advice
I have an opportunity to trade my LV and my Aquagraph for a 2005 18k pres in mint condition. I have been kind of fantasizing about the pres for awhile but not too seriously. On a whim what would my friends on TRF do? The pres is complete with EVERYTHING. By the way.......hello everyone.

If I'm not mistaken the value of those two doesn't equal the President. I still wouldn't do it, but that's because I'm not fond of an all gold watch. But, price wise, I don't see how you can turn down that offer.

Personally I'd keep the LV but do what makes you the happiest!

If it is an all original President, why not?
In the future you can then tell your grand kids "I used to own one of them Presidents..." |

Thanks for the input everyone. My only concern is wearing it everyday all day in any circumstances like I do my LV. The only time I take off the LV is while wrenching or showering and it barely shows any signs of wear at all. I am excited about something new and at the same time a little bit apprehensive about getting rid of my first Rolex. I have a ton of questions that go through my head.......should I really get rid of the LV, will it be a rare gem sometime 20 years from now, etc, etc. I just don't know. I guess if I am unhappy with the trade I can always work another trade deal for another LV without any questions and at the same time get a DJ thrown in for the wife.
