I love the SUB and wear him a lot. But there is a reason for the smaller shoulders of the GMT, which in my mind, takes nothing from the watch. It is just sleeker and more comfortable. Most of us will never swim to the depths that any oyster will tolerate, and so the crown seal on the GMT is plenty for me when I travel and swim. I am more conscious of the SUB crown, and the small difference in weight.

In all, I love them both and am always going to have a Rollie like the GMT with the travel hand as that is a cornerstone of any collection, and the most useful watch I have ever had(except for the casio with the calculator).

My SUB is just a big boy....likes to stand out. GMT is my every day watch though, and will stay that way.

We all have those favorites in our collection. The ALAMO watch. (The last one to go).

For me it would be the SS sub. Just love that watch.

We all have our reasons why we like certain watches, but also very cool when we have others to throw in the mix too.
