Otto Frei deserves our business!
I just wanted everyone to know that I have had a wonderful experiance with the Otto Frei (watch related tool & part company)
http://www.ofrei.com/ In the past month I have placed 3 decent size orders with them. The prices were right in line with other companies on the internet, but that was the least of my concerns. The selection is out of this world, and has me amazed. I want a little of everything on each page. Bergeon, A & E, plus many other Swiss tools grace the pages. The people contacted me to let me know several items were back ordered, but they would get them to me ASAP. Everything went smooth as butter. The ordering was simple. The payment was organized, and everything was packed by someone who took pride in the're job. Every item was perfect, and made for the watch repair trade. No broken bits, or half assembled junk. It was all top quality stuff. I know we can maybe save a dollar here or there, but in the long run, I got what I ordered, and in perfect shape. Atleast become familiar with what they sell, and scan the website for a while. If your looking to buy little watch repair items, give them a chance to handle your needs. These are the type of people who deserve our business during these economic times. I'm giving them all of my business, and wanted to share my great experiance! |

Thanks for the tip.
I am thinking of purchasing a few very basic tools myself. I will have to take a look at their site.

Thanks Paul, that's good to know. I'm seriously thinking about purchasing a dial from then. I'm glad they can be trusted.

I purchased an LG caseback tool from them, when it arrived was missing one bit. I called and they had it to me within 48 hours. I was quite pleased. :)

They carry quite a nice stock on genuine Omega parts. I've used them before, and recommend them as well.
