What's your "Grail"?
A year and two months ago I purchased my first Rolex. since then it seems that every two or three months I have this urge to buy another. I buy, and I just don't feel that I have all that I need. Finally, I have realized that I needed to find my "Grail". Has anyone else had this similar feeling? If so have you found your "Grail", and what is it ?

While the next watch on my list is a TT Ceramic Sub Black Dial, I'd have to say my grail is a YG DD. Maybe a DDII since I already have a DJ...

The Best of Both Worlds
So far, I've acquired my two favorite vintage Rolexes, a 1016 and a 5513.
My grail would be the watch that blends these two iconic watches (the picture's from the web): Isn't going to be happening anytime soon, though, not at the current prices. Aside from that, maybe a 1665, or a 1655, or an early gilt-dialed 1675, or...well, the list goes on. |
