Kudos to Rolex Service Center, New York (RUSA)
Recently sent my 10yr old two-tone sub in for service. The bracelet was badly worn as well as pins holding bracelet to clasp. The watch takes a beating as I am in marine salvage and vessel recovery business and the watch has literally been on my wrist for 10 years. When the watch was returned the first time I was not happy with the bracelet repair and sent it back to Rami, the customer service manager. He was great and personally oversaw the bracelet repair and called me after he had reviewed the work. Rami told me it looked great and sent it to me quickly. Well I just received watch and bracelet looks like new and I am most pleased with the work and promptness of service. RUSA went above and beyond to make a customer happy and I am most appreciative. They did not charge me for the second service and were apologetic it was not taken care during routine service. This is my 3rd Rolex in 35 years and because of service like this, I will continue to be a loyal customer. I was tempted to trade my old TT on a "new old style sea-dweller" but I am glad I kept my old Submariner. Thanks Rolex

Great to hear they were happy to make things right & satisfy you!
I have a few issues pertaining to my recent service at the Dallas RSC & hopefully they will resolve them even though the temperament has changed since I reported it. |

I would expect nothing less from a RSC. They charge an enormous amount for servicing & I would expect that watch to come back perfect.

I've sort of been thru something similar - well not really - in as much as I today got my 12yr old sub back from it's first service. When they get it right, which they did for me, they get it right. My watch is "as new". I thought they just lubed 'em up and that was that. No. They polish out every mark, give you a new bezel, bla bla bla. I can't get over how immaculate mine looks. I wore it everyday for 11yrs and there were a fair few deep gouges etc on it. All gone!

I had an issue with the crown on my GMT Pepsi while it was still under warranty and my AD sent it to the New York RSC for service. It was gone for six weeks but they decided to do a complete service on my watch. I'm happy to say that upon it's return I'm very satisfied with the work they did and as an added bonus they did a great job on the regulation. It has now lost only one second since I adjusted the date and time on December 1st!!!

I love RUSA in NYC .. They have always treated me well, and they have always done great service on my watches as well as my parents watches .. I remember sending my mom's TT ladies date for service .. When she got it back, she somehow broke the braclet .. I sent it back to Rolex and they fixed it at no cost .. The damage was my mothers fault

Someone wanted a pic, of refurbed Sub. Here is a lousy iPhone pic. I'll take it off my wrist in ten years to have it refurbed once again, but it will stay on until then. Happy Holidays to all.
