CHROMALIGHT lume certainly lasts much longer.......

Hi guys,

When my wife and I went to see the 2˝ hour new Harry Potter film, I was most impressed with the Chromalight on the new Sub-C.

Whereas I used to think that the Luminova on the TT GMT-IIC was impressive, the lume would not last throughout the entire run of a long film.

On the other hand, the Chromalight lume was there for me to the very end, and reading the time was a cinch right from the very start to the very end of the film.

Why spend money on a movie ticket and then staring at a watch for 2 ˝ hour?

Have to agree Jocke while Chromalight is just a Rolex made up word. And it is a improvement on the past Rolex lume, many other brands the lume is still far better. But how long the lume lasts is well down the list in my priority when buying any watch. .

Why would someone care what time it is when they are in a movie theater anyway?

Well, if you know what time the movie ends and you find it rather boring, it's good to know when the hell you can get out of there.

Indeed JJ the Chromalight lume last much longer. On my Sub C allways seem to be bright in the night even when the dial wasn't exposed to the light..You know...wear it all day long under my long sleeves..

Yep, I notice much more luminescence on my SubC when I get up in the morning than on the typical green lume.

Yup - my new Sub-C has great lume. It's not as bright initially as my Seamaster but it lasts a LOT longer - it was still going at 6am this morning. Love it!
