Return of my 1675 with pics courtesy of B. Ridley

I should get my 1675 back tomorrow, but I couldn't wait to show you what the UPS driver will bring to my office. In addition to overhauling the mvmt, I asked Bob to restore the beauty of the watch with a light polish or "enhancement" as he refers to it. I think the results are...well stunning.

The mvmt

Many thanks. I have got to tell you guys something funny. I saw the bezel for sale on VRF, had to have it, waited for it to arrive from Switzerland, and then went and found a GMT to put it on. Who buys the bezel first and then the watch? I seriously had to laugh at myself when considered the order of events.

I think it's worth it, the bezel makes this watch.

Fantastic watch Beaumont!
Its true it is the first time I know about someone buying the bezel first and then the watch!!
But nobody says it is forbidden to do so anyway!
Enjoy in good health! Kind regards, Abel.
