SS Daytona vs. Breguet Areonavale

Hi wanted to get everyones opinion on the two watches. Although, I have decided on a White face SS Daytona, I also had/have the opportunity to purchase a Breguet Areonaavale. Curious as to others opinion of these two watches and why.

Thank you in advance.

I get the daytona first! The prices increases are insane...I'd get one before it becomes not worth the money...no way i'm paying 15K for a daytona of whatever ridiculous price rolex thinks of next....its currently at 10.4K....almost in the AP ROC territory (after a good discount)....breguet...can always be bought later......was wondering if anyone could chime in on how good the servicing of breguet is...? not heard the best things about it...

Get the Daytona before Rolex requires each buyer to name their first son after the brand!

I'd go with the Daytona, and not just because I'm a Rolex fan. The Breguet is nice, but I've always wondered why it's the "cheap" Breguet. How can they make a chrono for so much less than the rest of their models? Are they using another Swatch movement?

I've been tempted by the Type XX before, but would never pick it over a Daytona.

I presently own a white dial Daytona, and a Breguet Mk XX Aeronavale is in my next buy list. I was almost buying during my last trip to Paris, past November, but decided to postpone the investment as other purchases depleted my pockets.
May be in my next trip will get it.

I also wonder why it is the "cheapy" of the Breguets, but having seen its movement and its fame, I do not think it is a "swatch" in desguise. It is a beautiful, classic watch, with much European flavour.

I´m more inclined to think if the Daytona is a bit overpriced instead. A great, beautiful and super accurate watch it is indeed, but I guess too expensive.

Regarding your question, I feel it depends all in you: which one is the one which sings you best?

Best cordial regards, Abel.
