Finally incoming !! After a 2 years long hunt...

...waited to score a good price and good price I've scored.
I love the chap I'm buying this from. He went to his AD here in Italy ,tried the watch on,bought it,took it home and the next day left for work to China, leaving this beauty back home in the safe. The guy is coming home next week for a quick vacation and one of his duty will be shipping me the mighty IWC Aquatimer Galapagos.
Crappy movement if you ask me( owned a Top Gun before and I'm a big 7750 hater ) but I really cannot resist that rubber coating...

What don't you like about the movement??? I have a 3717 Chrono Pilot which has the same movement and basically same dial as the Galapagos and I love it. Elaborate, please.

It's noisy and it's wobbly,no matter what they say we are light years away from Rolex. And it's the same thing you can find in a 400 Euro Hamilton..

Its to bad it was a disapointment for you. I think it is always best if you are able to check it out in person before purchasing. I too have a IWC Pilot Chrono and I enjoy it.

Cool watch!

I don't think I've ever seen that one before.
