16753 dial question

Hello,

Does anyone here know when the Rootbeer dial changed from Nipple dial to "normal dial" on the 16753?
Been trying so search but dont find any answers.

Thanks in advance

I'm not too sure about it, but I'm estimating that the dials changed around 1985-1987.

Here's mine from 1982:

Wish they still made nipple dials, looks so nice on those vintage models.
