It actually started off its life as a lug-holed 16610. However, Jocke replaced the original dial and hands with an LV dial and hands, the crystal with a GMT IIc crystal, and replaced the bezel insert with a green bezel insert. I would argue that the watch is as much a 16610LV as it is a regular 16610.

IMHO, it is the ULTIMATE LV submariner
