I started wearing my Day Date (an 1803) more, only
after I switched it onto a leather bracelet. IMHO, it a more elegant and also more understated look, and just makes the DD even 'classier'. Here's a pic |

I see so far all are black bands. For my 18078 DD if I was going leather I thought a light brown to match closely to the yd. Thoughts on that combo. I do like the black.

Interesting post. Why doesn't rolex offer the day date with a strap vs just the bracelet? I would have a rose gold one on a strap.
