New member saying "Hello"

I've been lurking about these forums for a month or so now. Pulled the trigger today on a SS GMT Master II--all black bezel, should be available to pick up on Monday. I had been waiting for the updated version announced at Basel this month, but I'm not sure I can justify the additional $ at this point.

One question, a lot of forum members talk about swapping out bezels on this watch (either red-black, or the pepsi). Where can you buy these? How easy are they to swap out (i.e. is this a DIY for someone who is reasonably mechanically inclined?)
