Question on the accuracy of Tudor chrono / Valjoux 7750
My recently RSC-serviced Tudor 79270 runs perfectly when I keep it on my wrist - it's within +3 seconds over a 2-week stretch. But if I leave it face up on a table it then runs -10 seconds a day. What gives? Is this normal for the movement? Thanks.

I haven't noticed such a big difference , Maybe its need to be wound fully, they do tend to speed up as power reserve gets less.

Every watch I own runs much more consistent when worn rather than wound and stored.
My Tudor chronos, which run well within chronometer specs, might show some slowing when resting at night but not to the degree you're experiencing. Not sure what advice to give. dP

Can I ask you your technique for the 'test'?

I usually wind my watch 40 turns and then wear it 24/7. The Tudor runs extremely accurately as long as I keep it on my wrist. When I don't wear it, I let it sit face up, and that's when it starts to lose time.
