A beautiful hand engraved Rolex Milgauss

Check this out, guys. A really beautiful piece of hand engraving artwork using a Milgauss as a canvas. Created by Marcus Hunt of the UK.

I have no doubt that it was pure talent to do that type of work. However, I would NEVER wear a watch that looked like that........and I own a white milgauss.

I can appreciate the work involved - but that's one hell of a identity crisis going on with the that watch now !! - old scroll with a WF Milgauss....

I guess I was kind of expecting "Mom, 1994" or something like that but this is amazing engraving. Not really sure how I'd like it on my wrist but it certainly is a piece of art! Thanks for sharing.

+1!!!

I would appreciate that on perhaps something we don't discuss here (other than fakes).

An italian one, begins with a "B" and ends with eretta. Double barrel... Hand engraved beauty.

On a Rolex.... No way. That thing is wrong in so many ways...

I have seen several of his engraved watches, and he is really a master engraver.
Personally then it is too much, I donīt like this style, too flamboyant/overdressed/overkill.

However I do like the caseback, that looks cool.

Great work....but not for me. The mix of a shiny new milgauss and the old style engraving doesn't go. Excellent skill though no doubt about it.

The work is awesome, but I see a weapon when I see that kind of engraving. So IMHO the engrving is at the wrong place.

I can certainly appreciate the amazing work involved, but not something I'd do to one of my watches.

Beautiful artwork! I dont think I would do that to a rolex maybe something cheaper? Not sure how I would like it on the wrist so wouldnt want to ruin the value of a rolex to try it.

The art work gave the watch a unique look. I wouldn't mind it a bit. :D

Very handsome workmanship. I'd consider doing it to one of my older, less-favorite DJ's.

What would RSC do if they received it for servicing? If I had a vintage Milgauss I would get the engraving done on it.....well......NOT! Great skill, just not for me IMHO.

Charge you for a new case, caseback and bezel...If polishing fails...
Plus service fees...

Beautiful in terms of craftmanship. I can't help but think, though, that the Rolex purists are peeing in their pants as we speak.

I personally wouldn't want a Milgauss engraved like that, but I would definitely wear a watch that looks like that.

To me that is the kind of exquisite craftsmanship that would complement any fine watch.

I'm just not crazy about white and orange dials with an orange thunderbolt second-hand.

No offense, Milgauss owners.

It stunning BUT I wouldn't have it done to a watch of mine.
If a friend had it I think Id have to borrow it and wear it one
night of my life.

Beautiful workmanship, but maybe the wrong model of Rolex to do it to.
