Can I take my watch to a service center?
I live fairly close to the Beverly Hills Service Center and I was wondering if anybody has ever taken their watch in for service directly to the service center instead of mailing it in? Just curious if it's been done before and what the process was. Thanks.

You sure can. I work 3 blocks from the BH RSC. Just walk on in and hand it to them. They will inspect, bring it to the back, come back and give you a time and price estimate. They will then give you a card with the SN of the watch which is your proof of you dropping it off there. They will then call you when the watch is done at which time you can go and pick it up.

was just there 2 weeks ago, still waiting for my sub, didn't stayed long enough for the inspection and quote, however they'll fax you an estimate and price, if agreed upon than fax back your signature as an authorization to proceed, it's that simple, the hard part is the waiting................

Expect to wait about 30 mins - 60 mins for the initial check and for the write up. By the way, the Dallas RSC had Perrier, regular bottle water and some chocolates to snack on. What do the other RSCs have? |
