It wasn't restored. I bought it brand new almost exactly a year ago, sold it 6 months ago and reaquired it back from the person I sold it to earlier this week.

14060M Non COSC. Came in a week or so ago. I find it still on my wrist when I wake up in the morning :D

I'm glad you were able to get your 14060M back into the fold. I know I enjoy mine(non COSC) but it has to compete with my GMT Pepsi for wrist time!!!
