Slight hitch in deal with Manofsteelpt
Just bought a Z series sub from Mike and it was described to be in excellent condition, however I realised it had a scuff on the edge of the sapphire crystal which was not brought up to my attention.
I requested a small refund($150, around what rolex would charge) for the replacement of the crystal but was turned down and offered a refund minus the shipping charges. However, it would add up to more than $250 lower than what I paid, thus making it logical for me to just keep the watch and replace it at my own cost. It's a minor sum but i feel it should have been up to the seller to accurately describe the condition of the watch especially any damage in the crystal |

I told you I did NOT know of any flaws in the crystal. I shipped the watch overseas for free and you shorted me $20 on the wire. I offered you a refund minus my cost for shipping the watch to you. I stated the value at $250 as per your request to save you even more money.
Also, the day after you received the watch, you emailed me and said everything was great with the watch... Then, 1 1/2 days later you bring this up. Not saying you're lying, but how did you NOT notice it for almost 3 days? My DSSD I just bought has a VERY VERY VERY minute mark on the crystal, I noticed it IMMEDIATELY and notified the seller. |
