8.6 mil 16750 Manual Winds Stiff

Hi All - recently received a 16750 - and it has been recently serviced. It is stiff when I manually wind it - so I stopped. Any ideas?
Thank you
Russ

It could be from a new "O" ring inside the crown tube. Hand winding the crown against a new "O" ring can create additional friction when manually winding the watch. I've had this happen on a couple of my GMT's also, most notably on my 16750's. The newer GMT II's do not seem to have this issue, at least I haven't noticed it on the few that I have had serviced.

Who serviced the watch in Dallas - was it Chamosa? If you don't want to ID the watchmaker here, send me a private message or give me a call Russ.
