The Glidelock Clasp...
May be the greatest enhancement to the wrist watch since the date. I live in Florida and get humidity like most of you can only dream about so my wrist changes size hourly. To be able to micro adjust the size of the bracelet on a whim is a godsend to me.
I want all of my Rolex's retrofitted with this clasp, Rolex..are you listening? (probably not)

Can it be bought as a spare part for retro- or optional upgrades?

Agree - Glidelock is great
I think that's one of the big reasons I love wearing my DSSD so much... I love playing with the fit of my watch. It's so awesome when you put on thick gloves or wetsuit and can just make the quick, perfect adjustment immediately.

I also have found that I have to wear my classic models a tad looser to compensate.

I'm with you on this.... If I could get my hands on a couple dozen, I would change all my watches over........

It's still Glidelock on the Sub C, it's just a slightly different way of operating, and also without the additional diver's extension link. Curmudgeons, this is one of the reasons why us Modernistas go on about the bracelets so much

I would love to have the Glidelock clasp on my GMT Pepsi as I have very small wrists(6.25") and am about ready to remove a permanent link. Maybe Rolex might listen to their customers(hint...hint)and make them available!!!

It would be fantastic if Rolex would sell the glidelock bracelet. But, Rolex prefers to sell a watch with a bracelet.
