Watch dealer in Philly?

Hi, I'm Alex, from Italy.
I'm planning a trip to Philadelphia (and, may be Washington DC) for October.
I would like to buy a watch there (a gift), probably Rolex, but I'm open to other options (I can fall in love with something else when I have a watch in my hands).

In case of Rolex, best options would be for the 116710LN or the new sub...

In case of other brands I collect Breguet, Omega and Audermars. For Panerai I belive I can have better deals here in Italy.

Also if I often buy used watches in good conditions, a new one can be ok, depending the price gap versus the used.
Do you have a trusthworthy dealer to suggest for used and new watches?
Good prices and, obviously serious people to buy only originals without any trouble.

Check out jeweler's row. Plenty of shops. Just ask anyone at the hotel or taxi, they'll get you there!

Check out Govberg Jewelers down jeweler's row. They happen to be an AD as well. Got my pre-owned there and they back it up with a store warranty as well. Ask for George, all around great guy who helped make my first purchase painless.
