The new Daytona looks like a Hublot Big Bang

Do you agree?

You must not know much about the watch industry or collecting for that matter if that is your true opinion.

sure.

to say you dislike hublot is one thing, but to say that it is a copy of AP is ridiculous. If you look at hublot's history, it is clear that the watch evolved very naturally. ignorant bashers will always look down on brands they know nothing of.

i guess that talking about history and natural evolving in case of a company founded in 1980, 7 years after the creation of the ap ro is a bit of an exaggeration.

but i am more than curious what is there to know about the hublot brand?

Well your grammar is certainly better. I can count numerous Hublot's that sell for over list retail price. I can only think of one Rolex that does that, and those days are over. I love Rolex, but I only wear one...the deep sea. The Daytona in my opinion is too small but is a very beautiful watch. My wife wears a YG Day date II, and the daytona is next on her list.....but she is 120 pounds.

I think the photography style is very similar the photos of the new Daytona are taken in the same type of lighting.

I can see where you are going but the new Daytona to me has more of a velvety chocolate feel I don't get that from this watch.

Perhaps Rolex and Hublot are considering a Joint Venture or even a M&A deal. ;-)

No way, please do not compare a dayona with a hublot....ever!

The daytona watch is rich in history, hublot as a company has only been out since the 80's
