New Watch Day - SubC TT Bluesy 116613
Just received the watch that I bought from DavidSW. Here are some quick pics from my point-n-shoot camera, sorry for the photo quality:
I traded this: for this: I know the Pepsi is becoming an endagered species, but it just doesn't "talk" to me. Besides, I already have a GMTIIC, so it's kinda redundant. Anyway, the watch is dead in the pics because I haven't installed the batteries yet! |

Is there a DIY instruction (with pics) on how to adjust the glidelock? Thanks.

The GMT II is not an endangered species; Rolex made like a million of them.
Congrats on your new Sub.

The only people who want you believe that they are "endangered" are the sellers As a result, I've stopped looking at the GMT II. Their current asking prices are pretty laughable. I sold my near mint "K" serial a few years ago for $4200 CDN. At $5K, I could hunt down an unpolished 1675 or 16750, both of which are actually hard to come by in original, unpolished condition. Anyway, as much as I love the GMT, your new Sub is more interesting and far rarer.

Congrats on the New TT C-Sub
Just love TT subs, but went to the black one as the blue on the 16613 is hard to beat |

Is that a joke or are you serious? In case its not a joke, you just pull the part of the bracelet in the glidelock up and then slide it to whichever position you want and then push the part you pulled up earlier back in and you're done, easy
