Help!! I'm in love with a quartz watch...

At any point in the last 5 or so years, I would have laughed if anyone said I'd be wearing a quartz watch. But yet, here I am with one on my wrist and I can't stop staring at it.

I recently picked up this Aerospace Avantage and couldn't be happier. I read a lot about the super quartz movement and the thermal compensation technology used prior to buying. These are rated to run +/- 10 sec a year. Between the quartz movement and the all Ti case & bracelet, this is by far the lightest watch I've ever owned. I'm sure I'll end up going to bed with it on by mistake more than once.

The features of the watch included a chronograph, countdown timer, 2nd time zone, day/date display, alarm, and a few others. My only coplaint is that it's a bit tedious to navigate all the menus using only the crown. I think having pushers like the B1 would make it more intuitive. Not a deal breaker for me since I'll be leaving it on the day/date display at least 90% of the time.

Overall, this is an amazing timepiece that I don't see it leaving my collection anytime soon. Breitling continues to impress more each time I try a new model from them.

And the wrist shot:
