I can fill in a few of the blanks:

Crown = Stainless Steel
Movement - cal. 3135
Hands: I honestly don't know whether they are stainless steel or white gold.
Bracelet: 904L stainless steel
Index: Chromalight markers set within white gold
Dial: Good question...I don't know what the construction material is. Galvanized steel maybe?

Thanks, Jim. That was my gut feeling, but didn't want to say anything without more certainty.

Interesting, never knew the hands were made out of WG, does that also go for the 16610LV-M series sub?

rolex hands (modern, don't know about the vintage pieces) are made of gold (yellow and white gold). the hour indices are gold as well.
