Yachtmaster II coming in two toned soon.
I was at Rolex, at the mall at mellinia, in Orlando and a guy who was helping me there said that the yachtmaster II is coming in two toned soon. I forgot what month he said but I believe it's within the next few coming months. I have not seen any excitement about this or any posts about it so I thought I'd share this news...

The people at that very same store told me Novemberish. There is also a SS version coming out around the same time.

$25k for a TT watch when you can spend 10k more and get the all gold model (most likely significantly less due to the fact that it's an all gold model) Plus it's not like the YMII was a huge seller anyway....I just don't get this release from Rolex. I guess they want to release a SS version, but are following their "protocol" by introducing the TT first...

Sorry, forgot the price increase. So if you were to get a 25% discount on the YG model, which is highly probable if you know the AD, you can pick one up for around $29k! They don't really price you in for the TT...

It's clever thinking IMO - The YM II in tt is already having some in this thread think about the all gold instead....that may be the ploy. What it certainly does is make the YM II come into peoples conciousness/attention. More options are a great thing for staff working in an AD. The TT is going to be relatively easy to produce - changes are cosmetic...and it will bump sales of the YM II range.
