Screw loose on sub c link....

Apologies for such a basic question. My sub c is my first rolex, so it's still under warranty.

Today I noticed that to undo my clasp was a little tougher. Closer examination revealed that the link closest to the clasp screw was getting loose. I have no idea how!

Question.... Should I just get a small screwdriver and do it myself? Would a eye glass screw driver do the trick? Or just take it in to the Rolex store and let them handle it?

Thanks!

Either or will work. My Daytona and DSSD seem to have screws that back out. Put a little loctite on them to solve the problem. My AD did this with my Daytona that I bought right here on TRF. Not a big deal.

Preferably a 1.4 or 1.6mm jeweler screwdriver, with a very tiny amount of loctite 222.

I would recommend purchasing a 1.6mm screwdriver and tightening yourself. This way you can look over your watch at cleaning and check the screws to assure they are snug.

Familiarize yourself with Larry's (Tools) helpful thread to familiarize with the process. http://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=44158

If you take to a Rolex AD they will apply loctite non-seizing type. Personally, I don't use, but it is the recommended by Rolex.

Its just a screw just tighten it back with any screwdriver with a correct size blade.
