SS Pre-owned value

I've noticed this more and more over the last few months. It looks like stainless Subs and GMT's have virtually disappeared from the under-$5000 board at TZ. They've moved almost exclusively to the showcase. Just a few Explorers left.

Yes, they're getting more expensive as we speak. But again, so is everything else in the world...

I have the same experience when buying in Holland.
I bought a sub 16610 in february 2011 for 3900€(asking price 4000€).
The same dealer (not an AD) had an identical watch for 4200 asking price several weeks later.
Now he has a new preloved 16610 and is asking 4450 € !!!

I would never pay those prices for those models, it's getting ridiculous.

I have noticed the same and every time I see a "old" sub listed on the TZShowcase, I think to myself, wrong forum.

Prices are going up. LV's have gone up over $1000 in the last few months.
