FS: Rolex Oysterquartz Two Tone 17013
From the private collection:
And, here's the back story...acquired by me in late summer '07 looking used and ratty. 6.5 million serial number. Off it went to the old Beverly Hills RSC for renewal...including a new dial and hand set with fresh lume, new crown/tube, new sapphire crystal with laser etched crown, new date wheel and the ever present movement service and case/bracelet refinish...oh, and a fresh battery as well. Last March '10, it was shipped off to the Dallas RSC for the complimentary battery change...you do the match...just under two and a half years of battery life. The RSC will probably do another free battery change in '12 and after that, they will probably demand a service...but anyone with a case removal tool and a fresh battery can make the change. Price: $2050, including paypal and signature shipping in the USA and territories. Yes, even Alaska, Hawaii and PR are included. Maybe Guam as well. What you get: The watch, which is running maybe -1 second each week (but might run better if worn as it is temperature adjusted for skin temp) the service box and papers from its journey to the RSC and back and extra links. The watch would be considered 95% TZ as it's worn only once per week in rotation. You also get a sincere thanks from me, the seller. Me: Well, I don't do a lot of selling of my collection so there's not a lot of reference for me here...but ebay loves me after hundreds of transactions (including a couple of high end watches) and there's a reference or two on watchnet. Communicate with me for additional reassurance. Thank you for your time and eyeballs. |
