yellow gold yachtmaster 2 price in UK
I have been looking for this watch for a while but unfortunately decided to take the plunge after the price rise of 7% in UK. After trawling through Bond street and Harrods where they were not willing to offer even a 5% discount and told it is a very popular model and hard to get hold of it and none of them had any in stock. By chance i stepped in to my local AD, part of a chain of dealers who offered me 23% discount which makes the price ( £19912) better than the price offered by TRF sellers. Last YG Yachtmaster 2 sold in this forum by trusted seller went for $30,500 which is comparable to what is offered by AD here. should i take the plunge and pay the deposit for them to order from Rolex as this price look difficult to beat. Expert opinions of forum members appreciated. Thanks

The price of 19912 pounds not much different to the us$30.5K for me here in Australia.
If you are happy go for it. |

5% is quite frankly ridiculous...I very much doubt they are flying off the shelves. I reckon they only reason why they are hard to get is that no AD actually stocks them because they know they don't sell.
23% off seems good for an AD that you have no previous history so I would go with that. When I was thinking of buying a 18k daytona the most I got offered was 15%. |
