Time for some more bird pics
The following were taken on Thursday and Friday.
Socotra cormorant, only found in this part of the world. We were out ringing (banding) terns and these white-cheeked terns were buzzing us when we got near to a chick. This chick is sporting a brand new ring. The chicks are so well camouflaged you have to be careful where you walk.

Thanks guys, it was an experience having the terns dive straight at your head and then pull up at the last moment. They were only protecting their young and did not know we meant them no harm.
