Any AD in Paris. It doesn't matter where you go, you will not get a deal unless you have some "real" connections with someone you know. I don't know if you are required to pay VAT. I did when I was there, years ago; but, I was living in Europe at the time. Maybe some other members might have more insight into this. Good luck!

No good deal in Paris,Ad Rue du Rivoli 2 blocks across Louvre.Another ID in Rue de La Paix,another in Place Vendome,all of them 15 minutes walking distance under the arcades of Paris buldings,no sun,no rain.

You won't find any deals in Paris. It's overpriced even if you're refunded the 19.6% VAT.
