16710 GMT: Bezel Won't Move

I swapped my inserts and snapped everything in place correctly. I did it 5-6 times and still can't get the bezel to move at all. When I put it back on without the spring, it moves....the spring only goes on one way, I don't get it.

Uh....help?

Nevermind....I just took it apart and cleaned everything with soap and water and it fixed it....
