The seller wants 8400 for this watch it looks like it is in excellent condition. What are your opinions on this price? Thanks

Oscar (bodybump) is not far from you (I think he is in Miami)....neither is DavidSW (he is further in the Orlando area)

$8400 is a fair and going rate price ATM....
These have increased in both value and demand this year! As long as the seller is trustworthy, and the watch has the full kit and is in great condition, that price is on the money for the current conditions!
