Ready To Get My First Vintage - 16750

So I think i'm ready to take my first step into vintage watches and I think that there's no better place to start than with a 16750 GMT Pepsi with matte dial.

I've been a long time fan of the GMT and was tempted by a 16710 Pepsi but there's just something about the matte dial that I can't help but be drawn to.

There's one problem though! Where to get it? I've been looking at online forums but I don't see many good examples coming up. Do any of the UK members here know of any reputable gents who deal in vintage Rolex?

I've heard many of the US members mention that they get their Vintage pieces tracked down for them by reputable people, are there any such counterparts in the UK that people have used? Ideally i'd be looking at a complete set, a piece that you would be proud to own
