Do you own a Suunto?

Just out of curiosity, how many of us here own a Suunto? I have a Suunto Vector. How much wrist time does she get?

Hardly ever---The watch is cool looking but I hardly ever have the need for the elevation or compass bearing. The temp is incredibly inaccurate as well.

I loathe digital watches. I had a G-shock and just couldn't bring myself to wear it. I gave it to my Dad, and he loves it.

I like digital watches......but since my vision has gone to heck in a handbasket...I can't see time without my specs....at least w/ analog I can see the hands & markers.....at least
in the general area w/out specs......

I really like the way these watches look. Very easy to read at a glance.

I have a Suunto Core that I wear on the weekends. My wife and I go hiking in the mountains and I like to keep an eye on the altimeter graphs, as well as tracking changes in the weather. I find it very useful.

I have a SUUNTO X-Lander LE Black. It gets about 40% allocated to the wrist. It competes with a MARATHON GSAR & Rolex 16610.

Had a SUUNTO dive computer once. Traded it back for a UWATECH.

I've got a Vector... it gets 0% wrist time. Goes through batteries pretty good, is as big as a barn (although light) and, as seldom as I wear it, I almost need to keep the manual at hand to remember how to use it. Getting to all the functions is not all that intuitive. Casio seems to do the best with that, IMO. Temperature always worked fine for me but you do have to remove the watch, set it down and give a minute to acclimate. Anyways, I love what it can do but the ergonomics and battery life keep me at bay.

Had a Suunto Vector. Looked nice and was easy to read. Alarm was insuffucient volume and Casio Triple Sensor was better in my opinion overall. Guys in the field find them not as durable as G-Shock.
