Warranty Question after spending 2+ hours reading threads; and I've only just joined!

I was at work like any other Friday and during lunch made the poor decision to take a quick peak at this forum.

After all I've been a member less than 10 days, what harm could it do?
Half a dozen threads and two hours later I still can't leave...

But what an knowledgeable and informing 2+ hours it has been!

Just wondering, after reading a thread about warranties and the mishaps of it.

1.)Doesn't Rolex offer a 2-year no-questions-asked warranty?

2.)I purchased my watch from a "gray" dealer in HK; in the event that something did happen to my baby, I should just contact the USA Rolex-Service-Center and they should take care of me?
