Icon2 Need a favor, who's on TZ-UK.com ?

Seems like they don't allow new US accounts but I need to contact a poster there would someone be so kind to PM the user GOMERS and ask him to email aggiepaintrain@gmail about a watch he is selling.

I'd much appreciate it.

Since when are they restricting accounts? Maybe all new accts need approval now. There where a huge number of deadbeat/bot/spam accts signing up.

To be honest I think dr oldschool might be mistaken.....

It took me a long while to register at TZ-UK simply because I was trying to do so of an evening.
I was eventually told by an existing member there that you need to do it while the forum-owner is online (usually during the [UK] day-time apparently) so that he can activate your account.

Well that's what worked for me anyway.

Yep, that is it. You must do register during UK working hours. Also, you must post within 30 days or your account gets the chop.

I first registered in 2009 and after a while I noticed that I couldn't log in. Since I didn't know the "register during UK working hours" part it took me many months (maybe a year, lol) to be able to re-register. Another 30 days and I get the chop again. Many more months go by before I finally emailed the admin and got the scoop on the hours. I registered for the third time and posted right away so I didn't get whacked again.

Yep. Once I hit it during UK hours I was in.

I also registered from a UK IP address, but i don't know if that helped.
