HR Giger Watch ... No I don't like it.

In fact, me thinks it is horrible ... but as odd things go ... I always enjoyed HR Giger's twisted art.

I stumbled upon these pictures while googling info about the Explorer 42. They are not cheap either (NO I DO NOT OWN THIS, just some web pics for fun).

H.R Giger designs watches? Ugly indeed, doesn't look a thing like the bionic Alien design he is famous for.

I don't think he designed it, I think it is "inspired" by his work ... This one on the "Passagen" series. This is the least graphical image I could find ... Anyway, crazy stuff.

As much as I respect Giger`s art (and I respect it AWFUL lot, I mean, I grew up with Alien and stuff), watch design isn`t one of his stronger sides IMHO.
Now, Ridley Scott is doing Alien prequel, Prometheus, and that`s the perfect place for legendary artist!

Nice bit of info that one ... I didn't know.

I was expecting more biomechanical and less mechanical.
