Rolex "SUPER PRESIDENT": Powerful or Femine?

Hello everyone,

I recently came across a Rolex nicknamed the "SUPER PRESIDENT".
Basically, a "SUPER PRESIDENT" is a variation of the "PRESIDENT" models that include both diamond lugs and band in addition to the diamond dial and bezel.

Are the diamonds a symbol of power or femininity?
Which one would you choose 1 or 2?
Would it be in yellow or white gold?

Hmmm...

Both lack diamonds IMHO.... Could be more and bigger diamonds.

Less is more. Maybe a Ferrari?

To answer your question, bligning out would be a power statement; not one of femininity.

Not a fan of the pave dials, but the diamond markers look nice.

I personally don't care at all for the ice on the lugs, bracelet, etc.

Obviously, number 2 with the bracelet from one. And a nice 3ct pinky ring to tie it all together. Platinum would be best.
Bling, bling, biatch!

Hahah, YEAAHH!! BLING IS GOOD!!

However, I'm not a famous rapper and this would not be my only Rolex.
I want something that's eye catching but still has understated class.

What do you guys think of this one?

Just get a non-bling version with diamond markers. Or perhaps a metorite dial!

I'd take this one in YG. Of the first 2 I'd take the first one. I don't like pave diamonds.

Almost like Dr. Brian: #2's bracelet with #1's case. Of course IMHO I wouldn't get any of those since I'm not a very blingy watch fan but if I HAD to choose...

...Geez life's getting hard!

The legibility on the 2nd is really poor, so I'd pick the first. More of a tool watch look.

It's certainly not understated but of the 2 in the original post I prefer #1.
I also say that if you can afford it and make it look natural then go for it.

Go with the diamond dial and maybe the bezel but all the other diamonds are too much. IMHO

That is the first gold DD I've seen with diamond markers - it looks really nice!

I just ordered the same in WG...

I love diamonds as much as the next guy / gal, but too much of anything and it becomes a distraction instead of an embellishment.

If you really want to "climb the Rolex tree" I'd suggest one of these two:

Classic 36mm

Controlled Bling, 41mm

I like Diamonds on a watch, I would happily wear a GMT Ice everyday.

TOO much bling for me. I think a diamond dial on a Day-Date is great but that is as far as I would go with bling.
