WTB: Oysterquartz Dial ref. 17000

I am trying to find a replacement dial for my Oysterquartz ref. 17000. It really doesn't matter if it's new or used as long as it looks good and has not been refinished or has noticeable damage.

I am interested in the following types in order of preference:

1. White dial with painted roman numerals in black (would also need the black hands set that goes with it).
2. White dial with roman numerals.
3. Oyster dial with baton markers SCOC type only.
