Hublot watches
IMHO, these are seriously overpriced watches.
Anybody knows if they are in-house movements? |

While I don't like Hublot's designs, I can certainly respect their in-house calibers. Now if only they didn't come in cases that I can't stand! |

At first I hated these watches.....Rolex fan for 15 + years ... The Hublot watches are amazing pieces in person.... They wear well and are unbelievably beautiful, pictures do these watches no justice.

Maybe they should work harder at ripping off AP ROO designs.

From a non-expert, I consider Hublot a lot more about marketing than watchmaking. At the right price, I might buy one, but at Rolex prices-- no way.

I have handled several of the big bangs including the hard to get black one, they do nothing for me.
As an aside, the guy who had the hard to get black big bang had two of them, he used to post on TRF but no longer does. He was contacted by the owner of Hublot, a fellow with the last name of Biver, and asked if he could please wait a year or so before flipping them. |

No offense to anybody, but I can't imagine a more tasteless design than the big bang. I know that watches doesn't pick their owners, but lets just say Hublot has had bad luck in that department as well

They market their watches very well. I think most, if not all their watches are overpriced and there are so many other watches out there I would want before a Big Bang. It seems to be a brand people with money buy simply for the name. And, yes I agree that they ripped of the AP RO and ROO.

I had a Bullet Bang, if I had bigger wrists I would still have it.
My wrist is only 6.8 in and it was just too big for me, despite being what I considered large for me it wore and looked better than a ROO on my wrist. Its quite a comfortable watch. They also have A+ customer service! It is one of the few companies who has a head of the company actively involved on one of the other watch boards. They have a very loyal following, I have a couple clients who've been through Rolex, AP etc and now mainly wear & buy Hublot as they are not as recognized by the masses.
