Are you wearing it daily, and are you giving it a full wind of 40 turns about once a week?

How many times has it stopped exactly at 10:15 PM?

Give it a full wind( 40 turns of the crown) If it continues to stop I'd bring it back to the watchmaker that serviced it ASAP.

Always fully wind a stopped watch around 40 full crown turns, then wear for around 8 to 10 hours a day to keep reserve topped up.Now if you have say a desk job with low wrist movement to wind watch up then give it a manual wind now and then.On a full manual wind while off wrist your watch should run around 39-42 plus hours.
