Rolex watchmaker for repair/service in UK?

Hi,

I have a three year old Rolex Explorer II that has developed a problem.
The hour hand has become stuck, it will not move when the watch is running or when I set the time.

I'm very surprised that the watch has stopped working properly as it has any been worn a few times over the last 3 years.

I have taken it in to my local AD, they inform me that the watch needs to be serviced and will cost £455

Can the members here recommend any independent watchmakers who can service or repair my watch to the same standard as Rolex?
