Just 2mm in case size date 34mm, DJ older type 36mm and DJ is available with the Jubilee or Oyster bracelet, while the Date is only available with the Oyster bracelet only.

Nicely done. I also think, but am not sure, that the Date models only come in stainless steel bracelets and bezels... Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks for the info. I have an opportunity to buy a BNIB SS Z Date with oyster bracelet, asking price is $4200. What would be a good price for this watch?

I feel that's a bit high. The date models do not fetch as much as the Datejust because IMHO they are not as popular of course. I could be wrong though. Z serial is pretty current.

"asking" is the key term here, nice watch BTW. I would offer 10% less, $3,750and see what kind of counter you are hit with.

If it's at an AD you know they have been sitting on it for some time.

I just spotted this, check it out:
