Great experience with New York RSC!!!!!

I mailed my watch on 11/15 and got it back yesterday.
I have the YM that Jared's bent the clasp on when sizing it.
I was still waiting to hear from Rolex on the process and they just fixed it and mailed it back.
It looks great. If you look real close you can see the spot that was bent and that is knowing the exact spot and being extremely critical.
They did an amazing job!!!!!
They also sent me a Rolex pouch and polishing cloth. I looked over the entire watch and there are not any additional scratches. I was concerned after mailing it I read a lot of negative reviews about them.
My only expense was shipping the watch to them.
